One of the greatest joys of life is experiencing a satisfying, life-giving sexuality. Understand our unique sexual template and how to express it consciously and responsibly is a key component in the journey of Individuation. Learning what brings us pleasure and how to communicate and share pleasure with another person requires self-awareness, confidence, emotional maturity and good relationship skills.
Chelsea is a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists and is working on her PhD in Clinical Sexology. Sex Therapy is a clinical, clothing on, talk therapy. It involves exploration and education of sexuality in the following areas:
