Renee Graziano, D.C. Renee Graziano, D.C., received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in 2002. She holds a B.S. in Science from Penn State University in 1998 and studied Massage and Bodywork at the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy. She began her studies in Network Spinal Analysis in 1999 by attending trainings in Colorado at Innate Intelligence with Donald Epstein, the founder of Network Chiropractic. Since then, she has been offering this gentle and progressive form of chiropractic to the Swannanoa Valley community. She is one of only a few Network Chiropractors in the area. What Makes Network Chiropractic Unique? Chiropractic is a conservative and natural form of health care that concentrates on keeping people well through supporting a healthy nervous system. Network Spinal Analysis (NSA), one of the gentlest chiropractic techniques, uses light touches, or contacts along the spine to “entrain” the nervous system to develop strategies to improve overall functioning of the nervous system. The Univ. of Californa (Irvine Campus) has been doing wellness studies on NSA. They have found that NSA helps the individual "peel away" layers of nervous system tension and bad habits and learn healthier ways of sitting, being, and caring for one's physical body. After a series of NSA adjustments a person's spinal tension will release and the sessions will begin to encourage the brain to develop new methods to release tension, adapt to stress, and move from a fight or flight response to relaxation and safety. Benefits of Network Adjustments Include: - Flexibility
- Re-Posturing
- Stress Relief
- Chronic and acute injury relief
- Trauma healing
- Mental clarity
How is NSA different from Other Types of Chiropractic Care? Traditional Chiropractic supports the nervous system through manipulating the vertebrae of the spine whereas NSA supports a healthy nervous system through the nervous system itself. Renee describes her desire for her clients: "I desire for clients to feel healthier, stronger, and more comfortable with their bodies." Practitioner: Renee Graziano, D.C |
